Notes:

1. Transcription of an audio or video recording is deemed complicated in the following cases:
   • the recording is of poor quality, or contains plenty of foreign sounds (squeaking, loud background noise, etc.); or the voices are hardly audible
   • speakers have elocution defects or thick foreign accents
   • there are 3 or more speakers in one recording
   • the recording contains numerous vocabulary words that need to be additionally checked/verified: specific terminology, geographic/proper names, etc.
2. It normally takes 1 hour to transcribe 10-minute audio or video recording. To ensure high quality, one specialist can transcribe 2 hours of recording in one working day at the most.
3. ‘VIP client’ is a customer who has already placed and paid order(s) for the total amount not less that 2,000 USD.
4. Additional fee to the basic cost for our services provided on weekends, national holidays and during off-hours – plus 50%.
5. The fixed cost services for 150 USD and more are to be split into milestones and each of the latter is to be paid separately.
