Notes:

1. The total number of words or characters is to be calculated by ‘Word Count’ function in ‘Microsoft Word’ program (Menu → Review → Word Count).
2. Translation cost can be calculated for A4 page if the page meets the following criteria:
   • Page margins: 2/3/2/1,5;
   • Font: Times New Roman;
   • Font size: 12;
   • A text page meeting the following conditions (containing the following amount of characters) is deemed to be a normal text page:
   • 29—31 lines (1,860 characters) – line spacing 2,0
   • 38—41 lines (2,450 characters) – line spacing 1,5
   • 58—61 lines (3,630 characters) – line spacing 1,0

where, normally, one line  contains 60-64 printed characters.

1. ‘VIP client’ is a customer who has already placed and paid order(s) for the total amount not less that 2,000 USD.
2. Additional fee to the basic cost for our services provided on weekends, national holidays and during off-hours – plus 50%.
3. The fixed cost services for 150 USD and more are to be split into milestones and each of the latter is to be paid separately.
